Good Vibrations is a musical presentation which addresses the issues of individual differences, bullying, self-esteem, jealously, drug awareness, and promotes the I.A.L.A.C theme (I Am Loving and Caring).
The hour and fifteen minute presentation is a high energy and interactive show that encourages the participation of both students and staff. The presentation is packed with 12 songs, dancing, lots of fun, and a few surprises.

The show is presented to elementary students and the messages are offered through rock and roll music performed by the TC5.
The TC5 consists of 4 retired teachers formerly employed with the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board in Nova Scotia, and 1 teacher presently employed with this board. Each band member has over thirty years of experience in the field of education.
